Sorry but We are NOT a On Demand service so we do NOT Guarantee we can get to you fast when you request us at the last moment Example calling for a ride at 3:50am when you need to be at the airport by 4:30am. Please book us at least 12 hours ahead of time that's how we guarantee  to be on time. You will receive a confirmation once the trip is booked

Currently Our "[Standard]" KoolRyde service is the most budget friendly where you will be picked up in any type of car that can fit at least four people (You and Three others). We completely determine what type of vehicle will be used for the [Standard] Service. At anytime these could end up being Higher End Vehicles or Regular Vehicles but it will be at the Rates under the [Standard] Service when that service is selected

We currently do NOT provide refunds. Some of our rides will be PostPay (Pay After using the service vs PrePay (Pay before using the service).

[Standard] Service :

Provides our best rates.

[Luxury] Service:

100% Luxury Vehicles used at all times

Added options like Request that your driver dress very professionally as this is VERY important to some customers

[Extra Passengers XL] Service:

Fits 6 Passengers or less or can be used if 4  passengers or less with Extra Luggage

Want to take a couple more people than a 4 passenger Sedan? Select this option to get a vehicle that can fit up to six passengers or if you carrying a lot of luggage like to a Airport, Train Station, Bus Station. The vehicle will be between a Mini van or 3rd row SUV depending on what's available at the time of request

No, we have your back. At KoolRyde we understand that flights at airports can be delayed for a short time or a long time. We will still make sure you are picked up at your new updated ETA of your landing flight. We may need your flight number so we can also keep track of the ETA as it will change repeatedly for delayed flights.

Don't worry, if you where giving a price ahead of the trip or already paid we won't ask for more. One of our top goals is being Dependable

At least 25% of the Total amount is due before the trip is made official. We require a deposit to help cut down on NO SHOWS. The 25% deposit is NON refundable so please make sure you need the ride before booking. The rest of the total fare will be do when the driver arrives before taking off

Unfortunately we do NOT. Providing a service like that would require a lot of Vehicles and Drivers as many people would use this and there would be a lot of conflicting times to provide this type of service for everyone

The Long Pickup Fee is us traveling from Downtown Cleveland Ohio to a location that is consider to be a far pickup. This fee will cover the extra cost like gas and time it take to get to the pickup.

The Current LONG PICKUP FEE since 8/26/2024 is $0.55 cents per Mile + any Tolls from Downtown Cleveland Ohio to your pickup location no matter what ride type you select. We only take Toll roads to you if it's the fastest option to arrive.

We want to be able to provide service even to places that aren't near Cleveland but at the same time we have to be able to cover the extra gas and time it takes to begin the trip.

Events like the "Concerts" service have a special dedicated pricing and offer features that are more suitable for going to and from concerts. Most of these type of events will be set as HOURLY but at a more affordable rate then the General Hourly rates
